Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £45,000+ Required Experience: Automation and AI Location: Remote - UK (London, Leeds, Manchester)
The Opportunity
This role is about dramatically increasing our speed of execution, turning ideas into working tools in weeks rather than months.
You’ll design and build production-ready systems that support campaign intelligence, automation and structured decision-making across the agency, helping our teams move faster, make smarter decisions and deliver even better results for clients.
Many of the tools you build will start by solving real operational problems internally, but they’ll be engineered with the ambition and architecture required to evolve into externally facing tools or productised systems where appropriate.
If you enjoy building practical systems, working closely with operators and seeing your work used every day across a business, you’ll feel right at home at Reboot.

Key Objective
As Systems & Product Engineer, your objective is to accelerate the development of proprietary, AI-enabled systems that enhance how Reboot operates.
Your work will directly influence:
The speed at which ideas move from concept to production
Operational efficiency across the agency
The development of proprietary technical capability
The scalability and reliability of our internal systems
The potential creation of future productised tools
This role is central to building the technical infrastructure that supports Reboot’s next stage of growth.
Core Responsibilities
Design and engineer scalable systems that support automation, campaign intelligence and structured decision-making across the agency
Define technical approaches, data models and architecture standards that support long-term maintainability and growth
Build systems that are production-ready from the outset, considering scalability, security and integration
Own architectural decisions appropriate to a mid-level engineer while collaborating with leadership on long-term technical direction
Build robust backend systems using Python, APIs and structured databases
Develop automation frameworks, scoring engines and AI-enabled workflows that support campaign delivery
Integrate LLM APIs, embeddings and structured AI techniques where they provide measurable value
Deploy systems within secure cloud environments with appropriate version control and documentation
Accelerate development cycles, moving from concept to deployed MVP quickly and efficiently
Design and implement intelligent or agent-style automation to reduce repetitive manual work
Build validation, classification and recommendation systems that support campaign execution and insight
Ensure AI-enabled tools are reliable, commercially justified and scalable across the organisation
Embed systems into operational workflows to ensure they deliver measurable impact
Integrate internal platforms such as ClickUp and other tools via APIs to create cohesive systems
Measure efficiency gains, quality improvements and operational impact
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where internal systems may evolve into client-facing tools or productised assets
