Key Objective

As a Senior Digital PR Executive at Reboot, you’ll take the lead in shaping campaigns that earn attention, build authority, and move the needle for our clients’ SEO.

From spotting media opportunities across diverse sectors to developing creative ideas that resonate with journalists, you’ll be trusted to bring stories to life and secure high-quality links.

You’ll refine press releases, craft smart outreach strategies, and use your sector knowledge to guide team brainstorms and outreach plans. Beyond your own delivery, you’ll play a vital role in coaching Junior Executives - sharing tips, boosting confidence, and celebrating their wins.

This is your chance to work across an exciting mix of industries, sharpen your expertise, and see your campaigns driving real results in search visibility and brand reputation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Attend and actively contribute to ideation sessions; always thinking of digital PR campaign ideas that will earn clients top tier media coverage and backlinks

  • Proactively on-top of the day-to-day news agenda across news and social platforms and share trending industry topics that can be used for reactive purposes across relevant clients

  • Support with putting campaign ideas/deliverables through their paces in quality control or being able to identify what hasn’t worked so well, and apply these learnings to future campaigns

  • Review campaign datasets to get to the most interesting angle, presenting something new, interesting, and unexpected to media

  • Effective survey question writing and hold an understanding of authoritative data sources to be used in desk research

  • Build on an existing pool for journalist relationships. Working to develop our manual outreach database and make use of PR databases such as Gorkana

  • Write releases to a high standard (spelling/grammar), tailor them to the audience and ensure they are fit for purpose 

  • Create custom, targeted media lists and outreach strategies for PR campaigns that plug in news agenda and sector knowledge

  • Outreach PR campaigns to journalists and news outlets globally, in order to gain high-quality coverage and links

  • Regularly secure high-quality links from top tier nationals and other relevant websites; take the initiative in changing tactics and angles until we hit desired results and you meet your personal KPIs

  • Proactively monitor and track PR coverage - working to convert mentions ASA

  • Support with Junior Digital PR Executive training; buddy up to talk through Reboots standard operating procedures and ensure smooth onboarding 

About You

  • Native-level English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills

  • Proven Digital PR experience with a strong portfolio of link placements

  • Confident using Ahrefs to shape strategy and report on SEO impact

  • Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused - you spot challenges early and act fast

  • Passionate about news, media, and SEO - you thrive on the buzz of a campaign landing

  • A natural collaborator who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others grow

  • Previous experience on international markets or campaigns is a plus
