The opportunity

You’ll be joining at a point where Digital PR is our largest and most established service, but also where it’s evolving fast.

We’re pushing into areas like AiPR, GEO, and more commercially-driven PR strategies, which means there’s real scope to shape how the service develops.

You’ll work closely with Senior Managers, the Head of Department, and cross-functional teams across SEO, Data, and Design, with the space to challenge thinking, introduce new approaches, and strengthen our strategic output.

If you’re someone who cares about doing Digital PR properly, this is a role where your work will genuinely influence both client outcomes and internal standards.

Core responsibilities

Client ownership and communication

  • Lead discussions on calls, ensuring clients understand the “why” behind campaigns and how activity links to goals
  • Set expectations clearly, explaining success measures, trade-offs, and approach
  • Act as the first escalation point for strategy-related challenges and step in where direction needs strengthening

Digital PR strategy and roadmapping

  • Develop SEO-led Digital PR strategies grounded in insight, data, and commercial goals
  • Build campaign roadmaps with clear themes, angles, deliverables, and success measures

Quality and standards

  • Set the benchmark for what “great” looks like across campaigns
  • Review and sense-check key outputs where needed, from ideation through to outreach
  • Identify weak direction early and intervene to strengthen narrative and improve outcome potential
  • Ensure consistency across campaigns so all output aligns with client goals and Reboot’s standards

Coaching and craft leadership

  • Coach Digital PR team members to improve strategic thinking and campaign quality
  • Provide clear, direct feedback that improves work quickly and builds long-term capability
  • Support the development of team members on the individual contributor pathway
  • Contribute to playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale quality across the team

Innovation and development

  • Identify opportunities for experimentation and new approaches
  • Contribute to evolving our Digital PR offering alongside the Head of Department

  • Commercially aware, able to balance creativity with what will deliver results
  • Comfortable working with data and performance signals to inform decisions
  • Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Muck Rack, and Buzzstream
