GEO
roundtables
Bringing senior marketers together to talk GEO.
Since January 2026, Reboot's GEO roundtables have brought senior marketers together to discuss the evolving AI search landscape and the visibility challenges their brands are facing.
What we discuss in our GEO roundtables
Even though GEO is developing quickly, marketing leaders are dealing with the same pressures internally, from setting budgets and agreeing a strategy to proving commercial value and measuring progress.
Our free roundtables give senior marketers space to discuss these challenges with peers facing the same decisions and hear from our GEO experts first-hand.
Each roundtable is tailored to the attendees, but the core themes include:
Proving the value of GEO
How brands can measure progress and show whether GEO is worth the investment.
Securing internal buy-in
How senior marketers can make the case for GEO and secure support from senior stakeholders.
Adapting search strategies
How existing search strategies need to change as AI becomes a bigger part of how people find information online.
Understanding what works
What our research and client work show about the on-site and off-site GEO activity supporting GEO.
Looking for practical GEO guidance?
Our GEO playbook brings together research, experiments and guidance to help marketing teams understand and improve their visibility in AI search.

What to expect at
our GEO roundtables
Our roundtables are deliberately kept small, giving attendees space to discuss the organic search challenges their brands are facing.
A focused senior group
Sessions are intentionally limited in size so everyone has the opportunity to contribute.
An open discussion
The conversation is guided by the questions and experiences attendees bring into the room.
Practical GEO insight
The discussion draws on findings from our research, experiments and client work where they can add useful context.
Time to meet peers
Each session includes time to speak informally with other senior marketers facing similar challenges.
Insights from
previous
roundtables
Every session is different and tailored to the guests in attendance, but there are a few themes that repeatedly come up in discussions.
Measurement remains the biggest concern
Marketing teams are increasingly being asked to demonstrate progress in AI search, but many are still deciding which metrics are useful enough to report internally.
GEO ownership varies between businesses
Some companies are placing GEO within SEO, while others see it as a shared responsibility across search, digital PR and brand.
Leadership teams want clearer business outcomes
Visibility and citation data may show movement, but senior stakeholders also want to understand how that activity supports demand and revenue.

Thank you, I really enjoyed the event. It was informative and well organized. I think you were a bit stingy on the food though... (that was sarcasm, in case that wasn't obvious, there was so much food!)

First of all thank you very much for hosting, it was a great event! I'd never been to something like this before and it was great to hear how others are approaching GEO.

Thanks for organizing the breakfast. I enjoyed it and it was great meeting you all in person. The group and setup worked really well and the conversations were relevant and easy to get into. I also shared the playbook internally afterwards, which sparked some good discussion on our side. So definitely useful.

Thanks for a great session last week! It was great to have a space to hear from others and how they're approaching GEO.

Thank you for the event and invitation, it was really great to join.
Thanks so much for hosting last week's breakfast - I found it super informative and was great to have such an open discussion with others in a similar position.

How much does it cost to attend?

How many people attend each roundtable?
Each roundtable is capped at around 15 attendees. Keeping the group small gives everyone the chance to contribute and makes it easier to have a useful, open discussion.
Can other agencies attend?

The recording will not be shared outside of Reboot and your roundtable group.

Yes, we can host a private GEO roundtable for your team. As part of our training and consultancy support, we can tailor the session around the challenges and questions most relevant to your business.
