As Head of Data Insights & AI, you will lead Reboot’s Data team and help shape how data is used across the agency.
Your role will combine leadership, technical understanding and strategic thinking. You’ll guide the team in producing high-quality datasets and insights while also helping the wider agency better understand search behaviour, audience trends and performance data.
You will oversee the development of Reboot’s internal data infrastructure and analytical capability, ensuring our teams can access reliable and meaningful insights when they need them.
You will also work closely with leadership and operations to identify opportunities where automation, AI and improved tooling can support how the agency operates.
While this is primarily a leadership role, we value technically credible leaders at Reboot. The role operates as a player coach, staying close to the technical work while developing and guiding the team.
