Key Objective

As Head of Organic, your role is to lead Reboot’s SEO and content functions — owning performance across our organic client accounts and setting the standard for technical, strategic, and creative excellence.

From full-funnel SEO delivery to evolving our Hyper-Relevancy Project (HRP), you’ll make sure our work performs across the board - helping clients rank, convert, and grow.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO and content strategy across client accounts - from technical audits to content pillars

  • Own delivery and performance across key organic accounts, acting as the senior point of contact

  • Roll out full-funnel SEO roadmaps and track results using tools like GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs

  • Lead and innovate our HRP service, including testing new tooling and AI workflows

  • Work with Digital PR, Tech SEO, and Data teams to fuel relevance, rankings, and authority

  • Define and embed scalable ways of working across briefing, QA, publishing, and reporting

  • Coach and develop your team - including editors, SEO strategists, and content leads

  • Hold the team accountable for performance, process, and commercial outcomes

  • Present updates, insights, and recommendations to clients - from weekly comms to quarterly reviews

  • Support pitches, upsells, and onboarding by turning strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps

About You

  • Proven leadership in an SEO or SEO content strategy role (agency or in-house)

  • Confident owning performance across a portfolio of organic client accounts

  • Deep knowledge of SEO - including content optimisation, site structure, and authority building

  • Excellent editorial judgement with the ability to coach others and lead by example

  • Comfortable using performance data to drive decisions and communicate impact

  • Commercially aware - you understand how organic search drives business growth

  • Curious and collaborative - keen to test, explore, and push for better

  • Proactive and solutions-led - quick to spot gaps and get things moving
