The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Onsite Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning team at Reboot Online!

As an Onsite Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Reboot’s inbound marketing strategy as we expand our presence in the market.

This is a varied and strategic role focused on creating compelling onsite content, thought leadership, and lead magnets that attract and convert high-quality prospects. You’ll work closely with other Specialists to bring campaigns to life, grow organic visibility, and position Reboot as a trusted voice in our industry.

You’ll sit within the Marketing team but collaborate closely with stakeholders across Growth and Senior Leadership to ensure our onsite content supports wider business objectives. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter who loves creating content that drives measurable results.

Key Objective

You’ll report to our Creative Marketing Director. Your key objetive will be to strengthen Reboot’s brand presence and inbound growth through high-quality onsite content, thought leadership pieces, and compelling lead magnets that attract and convert the right audiences.


You will bridge the gap between Marketing and Growth (Sales) by creating SEO-optimised content, developing resources that capture leads and retarget and nurture prospects as well as ensuring our website and owned channels consistently support Reboot’s business goals.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Thought Leadership
 

  • Plan, write, and optimise onsite content including blog posts, service pages, case studies, and resource hubs.

  • Develop thought leadership pieces that position Reboot as a leading voice in SEO, Digital PR, and related topics.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior team members to produce authoritative content and insights.

  • Identify trending topics and industry conversations within communities to inform timely, relevant onsite content.

  • Creating content for our communities, including Reddit posts.


Lead Magnets & Conversion Assets
 

  • Own the creation and delivery of lead magnets such as downloadable guides, whitepapers, templates, and tools.

  • Optimise landing pages, CTAs, and forms to increase on-page conversion rates and grow our inbound lead pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the Design team to ensure all assets are visually engaging and on brand.

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to create compelling social media posts.


 SEO & Performance
 

  • Conduct keyword research to inform onsite content strategies and ensure alignment with SEO goals.

  • Use analytics tools to monitor content performance, track organic traffic, and measure conversion impact.

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing onsite content for better rankings and engagement.

  • Stay up to date with SEO best practices to ensure Reboot’s website maintains strong organic visibility.
     

Cross-Team Collaboration
 

  • Contribute ideas to the wider marketing calendar and support campaign execution across owned channels.

  • Collaborate with Growth and Sales teams to align content with target audiences and business priorities.

  • Support award submissions, website updates, and other onsite projects as needed.

  • Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across all onsite touchpoints.

About You

  • Proven experience creating high-quality onsite content, including blogs, landing pages, and lead magnets.

  • Confident producing thought leadership pieces and working with senior stakeholders or subject matter experts.

  • Comfortable using SEO tools and Google Analytics to inform content strategies and report on performance.

  • Experience using social scheduling tools and reporting on metrics

  • Familiar with best practices for optimising content for search and conversion.

  • Experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is a plus.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for brand tone, clarity, and visual consistency.

  • A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
