The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for creative, results-focused SEO Content Specialists to join our award-winning SEO agency, Reboot Online, and help us deliver content that ranks, earns links, and builds authority

You’ll be joining a high-performing, fully remote team (with a 4-day week - yes, really!) and working alongside our SEO and PR experts to create content that performs brilliantly in search, drives real business results, and aligns with local market intent.

This role is perfect for content professionals who know their way around keyword data, love writing with purpose, and can develop on-site and campaign content that turns search intent into SEO gold.

Key Objective

As an SEO Content Specialist, you’ll lead the charge on developing high-quality, SEO-optimised content for client websites and content campaigns. From ideation and brief creation to writing, editing, and performance reporting - you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients grow through organic search.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and optimise on-site content and campaign copy tailored to your market and client goals
  • Use SEO tools like Ahrefs to conduct keyword research, identify gaps, and inform briefs
  • Lead content ideation sessions with a focus on organic link potential and search intent alignment
  • Create detailed SEO briefs including structure, keywords, and internal linking recommendations
  • Carry out on-site audits and identify optimisation opportunities (titles, metas, internal links)
  • Develop Hyper Relevancy Pieces (HRPs) from scratch - aligned with E-E-A-T and SEO strategy
  • Provide constructive feedback to Executives and support them in reaching content KPIs
  • Contribute to pitches by analysing markets, identifying opportunities, and recommending content approaches
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and search engine updates, applying learnings to your specialism

About You

  • Proven SEO content experience with a portfolio of written work and ranking content
  • Confident using tools like Ahrefs to guide content strategy and measure impact
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data sets, survey insights, and external research to inform content
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and deadline-driven - you take ownership and deliver on time
  • Naturally collaborative - you enjoy team ideation, mentoring others, and learning from peers
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on international campaigns and/or on content link earning assets
