We are looking for a talented HR Manager to support the Operations Director, with the day-to-day running of the HR department in a stand alone role.

The HR Manager will report directly to our Operations Director
Key Objective
The role of HR Manager is to lead on agency people and performance policies, as well as supporting with shaping Reboots values and culture. The HR Manager will feed into the broader agency strategy with the aim of attracting new talent, retaining Reboots top talent and ensuring all people processes are above board.
Core Responsibilities

Owning and updating Reboots HR system (CharlieHR)

Creating and maintaining employee records in a confidential manner

Preparing, reviewing and amending HR documents i.e employee contracts, NDA’s

A trusted, first point of contact for employees on HR matters to include providing solid employee relations advice to line manager, Directors and CEOs

Assisting with the setup and monitoring of annual reviews, probation reviews

Owning Payroll, equipment & expense queries

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and inductions inc. set up of meetings, review of CVs and KPIs etc

Assisting with the setup of company socials and training days, ensuring we keep within budget and organise events with good notice
Desirable/Skills/Experience

Confident leadership and assertiveness around HR best practices

Diligent with HR market research and building presentation materials

A sound commercial understanding of agency life/setup (digital PR knowledge is beneficial)

Strong, up to date employment law knowledge

Experience in managing a range of employee relation cases

Previously worked in a stand alone HR position

Understand confidentiality and data protection

CIPD level 5+
